Private Party Chalets 
SOLD OUT 
They start at $2500 & up, depending on if it is a chalet or includes a sponsorship area and include event tickets.  Lots of perks and a great way to enjoy the event as a business or a larger group of friends. 

​All Party Chalets include: 

EARLY VIP GATE ENTRY 10:00 AM  & NEW EARLY ENTRY TO BOURBON & BACON TENTS AT 10:30 AM
  • ​​Chalet location preferences are noted but are assigned based on dollar amount paid. Chalets are located down by the River Stage, in the Bacon/Bourbon Village, in the Brew Village or on the Lawn of the Manor House. 

  • Ability to purchase additional tickets.  Tickets are $65 Bourbon/$45 Non-Bourbon.

  • Display your own banner on your chalet. If you get us the banner by Fri, Sept 29th, we will hang for you.  You can drop at Visitor Center at 319 Main Street or coordinate with Gina for delivery. If not,  you have access to decorate or drop off items on Friday afternoon before the event.  If you sponsor an area, Fest provides signage for your sponsorship area.

  • Gift Bag with (2) bottle of wine & empty event growler and other special items provided by our Welcome Basket Sponsors. You also have ability to add items to gift baskets.  We have 35 gift baskets.

  • Logos on back of Volunteer Event Shirt, Logo website listing & listed as Sponsor on  table listing signs at event.

  • First right on renewal next year.

  • Chalet is a 20 x 20 party tent that seats (16) inside and (6) outside in your white picket fence yard at a seated umbrella table. Total seating for (22). There are (2) banquet tables for your food/drinks. All table linens are provided,

  • Ability to pre-order wines for delivery to your chalet. Upon your arrival,  please check in at the VIP/SPONSOR CHECK IN TENT. We do not make deliveries until you check in. You can also pick up your complimentary gift basket when you check in. The VIP/SPONSOR CHECK IN TENT located in the Bourbon/Bacon Village near the T-Shirt Booth.

  • Ability to bring in a DIY Food Feast with food/water/soda or to order turn-key catering from Smithfield Station’s catering service. Menu for both wines & Smithfield Station catering forthcoming in late August. Please note Smithfield Station is the only cater permitted on site.  If you do your own food, please let our golf cart drivers assist you with getting your carry-in food to your chalet. 

Tables for Eight - VIP, Premium/Sponsor

ALL TABLES FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT ARE SOLD OUT. 

OPTION A:
VIP Table w/ Sponsor Area & VIP Parking- $1250

Includes 8 VIP Tickets (4 Bourbon/4 Non-Bourbon) and (4) VIP Parking Passes. Max number of VIP parking passes is (6) if you add in additional tickets.

  • PICK YOUR LOCATION: River Stage, Brew Stage or Lawn of the Manor House.  Each area does have a limit, so book early to get your preferred location. See site map on last page.
  • Gift Bag with (1) bottle of wine & empty event growler. Choice of Red or White.
  • Text of business name on back of Volunteer Event Shirt, Logo website listing & listed as Sponsor on  table  location listing signs at event.
  • First right on renewal next year.
  • All Table seats (8) and have an umbrella (weather permitting), and table linen provided by the fest. Fest provides a sign with your business logo, group’s “fun” name or your name at table.
  • Ability to pre-order wines  that are ready for you when you get to the event.  Upon your arrival,  please check in at the VIP/SPONSOR CHECK IN TENT.  If you order a lot, we will deliver them to your table. You can also pick up your complimentary gift basket when you check in. The VIP/SPONSOR CHECK IN TENT located in the Bourbon/Bacon Village near the T-Shirt Booth.
  • Ability to bring in a picnic basket or small cooler with food/water/soda or to order turn-key catering delivered to your table from Smithfield Station’s catering service. Menu for both wines & Smithfield Station catering forthcoming in late August. Please note Smithfield Station is the only cater permitted on site.  If you do your own food, please let our golf cart drivers assist you with getting your carry-in food to your chalet. 

SMALL BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS:

  • WE MUST HAVE YOUR SIGN/BANNER NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, SEPT 30TH. You can drop off at the Visitor Center located at 319 Main Street, Smithfield VA any time in advance of the event. Mon-Sat from 9-5, or Sunday from Noon-4:00. Signs can be picked 
$750 Small Business Sponsorships: (SOLD OUT) 
Includes 4 VIP Tickets (2 Bourbon/2 Non-Bourbon) and 2 VIP Parking Passes. Max of VIP parking passes is (4) if you add in additional tickets. Company provides own signage, or you can order from fest at additional charge.
Choose one of these areas for your $750 Sponsorship:
  • Restroom Trailers - Need to provide two banners, one at each restroom trailer.
  • Drink & Growler Booth-Need to provide one banner or sign to go on Booth.
  • Volunteer Area Sponsor  & Check Presentation Reception - Company supplies small banner or sign to go in Volunteer area.Fest provides sign at reception listing all sponsors. Also includes two tickets to reception on Oct. 25 at 6:00 pm at the Smithfield Center.

$500 Small Business Sponsorships: (SOLD OUT) 
Includes 2 VIP Tickets (1 Bourbon/1 Non-Bourbon) and (1)  VIP Parking Passes. Max of VIP parking passes is (2) if you add in additional tickets. Company provides own signage, or you can order from fest at additional charge.

  • Volunteer Area/Check Presentation Sponsorship - Company supplies small banner or sign to go on Volunteer area. Fest provides sign at reception listing all sponsors.
  • (SOLD) Wine Tent - . Need small banner or sign to go on Wine Tent.

$350 Small Business Sponsorships: (SOLD OUT) 
Includes 2 VIP Tickets (1 Bourbon/1 Non-Bourbon) and (1)  VIP Parking Passes. Max of VIP parking passes is (2) if you add in additional tickets. Company provides own signage, or you can order from fest at additional charge.

  • Check Presentation/Volunteers . You provide sign for event for Volunteer Tent and Fest provides sign at reception listing all sponsors.

  • Restrooms (not trailers, but individual port-a-johns). Choose: Main Gate area, Brew Village or River Stage. Fest provides yard signs at each restroom area.

$100 - $175 Welcome/Gift Basket Sponsor: (SOLD OUT)  Includes (2) Non-bourbon tix and you donate at least 35 items for our gift baskets. Can upgrade to Bourbon if needed, $20 each. Want us to get the items? Then add a $75 upcharge and we can take care of that!

21 yr & up only. ID's Required. Rain/Shine. No Refunds. Only a catastrophic event would be cause for a cancellation. Just some bad or undesirable weather will not cause a cancellation.  If canceled, refunds will be issued, but can take 180 day or so.  We have to get our claim check from the insurance company before we can process refunds.

​No babies/children/pets.  Other than Chalets & Premium Tables,  NO OUTSIDE Food/Drink permitted.  No alcoholic beverages or glass  may be brought into the fest site. Bags subject to search.   All wine & brew purchased at event, must remain inside fest site. For full rules, see HOME/INFO Tab for event details. .
