Chalet & Table Sponsorships, $650 - $15,000
Smithfield VA Events is “growing up” and due to the magnitude of running (3) annual events, is in the process of obtaining its own 501 (c) 3. Until then, we are operating under the umbrella of the Smithfield Rotary Club. We are also in the process of re-vamping our sponsorship program to reflect all three of our annual events at one time. Starting with our 2015 events, a complete Annual Sponsorship Packet will go out, and sponsors can plan in advance to participate in one, two or all three events. This new approach will be implemented in September with all of our 2015 Sponsorship Opportunities. Discounts will be provided for companies that commit to more than one event. You do NOT have to be a business to be a sponsor - many times groups of friends go in together to get a chalet or a table.
That being said, this year’s Bacon event sponsorship is being offered as a stand-alone event. The “new way” will begin with all three of our events for 2015.

Our events are popular not only to locals, but the entire Coastal Virginia region, the state, and quite a few cases on Mid-Atlantic basis. For the 2014 Wine & Brew Fest, 60% of our sponsorship dollars are from non-local businesses, and we are thrilled to have many new companies in our portfolio this year. The demographics of our crowds, the quality of our events, and the regional draw of attendees are all attractive to local, regional and national businesses.

Chalet Sponsorships include:
*Private 20 x 20 Entertainment Chalet with fence yard at location of your choice, TBD at time of commitment and in order of sponsorship level. See Site Map for locations. *VIP Chalets ($2800 & up) include VIP Sponsor Event Tickets and include VIP Parking. Other Sponsors Chalets ($2500 & Under) include Sponsor Tickets, and get all other VIP benefits, except for parking. Number of tickets included in your package varies and are half Regular/half Bourbon tasting. Ability to upgrade any number of your tickets to Bourbon Tastings @ $15 each is available until Aug 15th. VIP’s & Chalet Sponsors may enter site early at 10:00 am, but no Fest Activities begin until 11:00. All Chalet Tickets, both VIP & Sponsor Tickets enter thru the VIP Gate *All Chalets have the ability to purchase up to 12 additional VIP Tickets @ $35 or $50. Due to anticipated early event sell out, deadline to reserve extra tickets is August 15th. Pending total number of VIP’s - VIP parking passes may or may not be included in additional tickets. After Aug 15th, these (12) tickets on hold for you will be released. If you need more than the (12), as long as the event is not sold out you can add in more tickets. *Ability to pre-order wines for on-site chalet delivery. *Ability to pre-order on-site turn key catering from Smithfield Station or bring in your own DIY Chalet Feast. Please note that the only cater allowed inside the site during the event is Smithfield Station. All other DIY food will be the responsibility of the chalet owners to carry into and remove from the site when the event is over. Golf carts are available, but personal vehicles are not permitted inside the site (both for Friday & Saturday morning set up). •VIP Access to the site on Friday afternoon before the event to decorate or deliver set up items. We do provide overnight security Friday night. Access starting at 8:00 am day of event for chalet set up. Golf Carts will be used both Fri & Sat to transport all of your equipment/supplies to your chalet. No cars are permitted inside the fest grounds. *VIP Host is provided to assist with your day of event needs, including complimentary ice & pre-ordered wine delivery. If you provide us with your Banner a week in advance, we will hang it on your fence. If you would like to hang your banner up high, above your chalet, we can provided the materials on Friday afternoon, but cannot hang it for you. Sponsorship Tables: $650
*Include (8) Sponsor Tickets (1/2 Reg, 1/2 Bourbon) to event. *Umbrella Table for (8), Chairs, Linens *Sponsor Sign on Table, provided by Fest *Early site access at 10:00 am thru VIP Entrance, (but not VIP Parking). Please note event activities do not start until 11:00 am. *Complimentary Bottle of Wine & Event Brew Pitcher (which can be used to purchase pitchers of brew during the event) *Pick Table location, River Stage or Brew Stage.
